Kapalua Activity and First Zillow Sale

The other day, we announced a “Screaming Deal” for our REO listing at 200 Kalaunu Way in Kapalua after the price had been reduced to $2.3 Million. After receiving a few offers that didn’t work, we finally got one that the bank was willing to accept. Hooray! Of course, as they say, it isn’t over until the fat lady sings, so if you know anyone looking for a great deal in Kapalua, please let us know.

I am very pleased to announce that we represented a Zillow buyer for 15 Alohi Place in Pukalani. This was our first sale from a Zillow lead since we started advertising on their portal several months ago. We certainly don’t think it will be the last, as it has been a good source of new business for us.

I’ve been really busy these last few days with new Escrows and closings, so I’ve gotten a little behind on my “Day in the Life” BLOGS. Even so, I am still finding time to make myself a healthy lunch from our our garden which is currently overflowing with several different varieties of lettuce.
