The median price of a single family home increased 12.3% to $740K compared to $659K in 2016.
Mid-year sales volume has also increased by 21.2% to 120 homes sold in 2017 thus far, compared to 99 sold at this time last year.
The median sales price of a condo of Maui increased y 13.3% to $435K compares to $384K last year.
The Condominium market also saw a mid-year increase in sales volume of 11.8% to a total of 123 condo sold in 2017 compared to 110 sold by June 2016.
