Market Update

?Housing applications are being accepted for the lottery for the new affordable family rental housing at Kulamalu Hale now through Friday, April 21, 2017.  Applications can be picked up and turned in to the management company, Hale Mahaolu's central Kahului office

?Kulamalu Hale will consist of 16 1 bed, 1 bath units and 39 2 bed, 1 bath units and be open to applicants that meet Maui County affordable housing fund program guidelines.  Qualifying applicants who turn in their applications after Friday will be added to the wait list in the order by which applications were received.  

Kulamalu Hale is located in Pukalani on 4 acres East of the Kulamalu Shopping center, most of the units will have beautiful Upcountry views.  Maximum allowable rents will depend upon the income level and the size of the unit.

?P.S. - Pacific Biodiesel's sunflower fields located off Honopiilani and Kuihelani Highways are in bloom and have become quite an attraction for locals and tourists alike.  There are hundreds of people stopping by each day to take pictures with the flowers which are expected to yield more than 100 gallons of biofuel per acre.
