A Brand New Development in Kehalani

Kehalani is a bright, sunny neighborhood in Wailuku that has been expanding steadily over the last 10 years to include a multitude of different communities. The most recent addition is still under construction, and will be called Anuhea at Kehalani.

The new community will be comprised of 164 single-family homes with a variety of floorplans. The first 57 homes in the community are nearing completion and range in size from 1,529 sf. up to 1,998 sf. All of the floor plans will feature 3 bedrooms.

A temporary sales office will open on site on October 17th. The lottery which will determine who will have the option to purchase one of these new homes will open for applications on October 19th.
