Houle Financial Corporation Purchases Kukui Mall

A New Luxury Cinema to Open in Kihei!

One of the owners of Coldwell Banker Island Properties, Houle Financial closed last week on their purchase of the Kukui Mall in Kihei. The financial corporation already has big plans to revitalize the old shopping center.

They announced a new premium quality movie theater will be returning to the center. Regency Kihei Luxury cinemas will be opening this summer with all new recliner seating, offering a state of the art movie going experience. The new theater will also offer special programming and events including extreme sport and surf films, community events and live broadcasts of ballet and opera performances.

With the return of a popular movie theater Kukui Mall is expected to once again become a high traffic retail center in the heart of Kihei.
