Maui Condo Prices Jump!

Condo Prices Jump 38% over last year

The median price of Maui condos is up 38% in February compared to February of last year.  This big jump in median price is caused by a few sales of high-end luxury condos.  The number of sales only rose 4% from 89 units being sold in February 2014 to 93 units being sold this year.

While condo prices appear to be rising the prices of single family homes remains flat compared to last years prices.
