The Smith Team Posts Highest Condo Sale of 2013 at Honua Kai

We are pleased to announce that we recently recorded the highest condo sale on Maui so far this year at at $4.45 Million. We represented Canadian buyers who bought a direct beachfront condo at Honua Kai – Konea #701.

Honua Kai Resort is relatively new luxury resort in West Maui on North Kaanapali Beach. Currently, there are 17 Active Listings in the MLS from $649,000 to $3,750,000.

In addition, the original developer still has a fairly large number of unsold condos which do not show up in the MLS. Many of these condos were taken back when buyers defaulted on their purchases during the real estate downturn. The developer is anxious to get rid of these and is offering substantial discounts from original prices.
