Market Update
We hope your Thanksgiving Holiday was experienced to the fullest.
We celebrated in Upcountry Maui surrounded by a host of of family and friends. Next year if you're on island and would like a fun group to celebrate with, please give us a call. There's always plenty of room for more family and friends like yourself. :-)
In real estate related news, the high end continues to heat up. Last week this Makena home listed for $6.495 million went into contract. The week prior this Wailea home went into contract. T'is the season for buying and selling Maui Real Estate.
All in all it's been a great year. Most notably we saw 13 properties sell over the $5 million mark. That's pretty darn impressive. We also saw the highest priced recorded home sale ever take place on Maui. So not a bad year. There will likely be a few more high end sales in the $3 million dollar plus range recording over the course of the next 30 days.
