Maui Property Tax Rate
This year's Maui County Property tax rates are now in effect (July 1, 2021, till June 30, 2022). There is a new tiered-rated system with Tier 1 going up to $800,000, Tier 2 starting from $800,001 to $1,500,000 and Tier 3 for properties valued over $1,500,000.
For more information, visit www.mauipropertytax.com. The first half of the fiscal year tax bills will be mailed out on July 20th.
