There are several upcoming new communities being planned here on Maui.
Alohilani at Kehalani will be the newest neighborhood in the Kehalani community in Wailuku. There will be eighty eight 3 and 4 bedroom single-family homes, from approximately 2,101 to 2,431 sq. ft. with pricing estimated to start in the low $600,000s. We anticipate starting sales in November/December.
Kamani at Kehalani is another new community in the master planned community of Kehalani on their third phase of development offerings. There are single level and 2 level floorplans of 3 bed, and 2 or 2.5 baths. All attahced townhomes have a 2 car garage. Kamani is located in Wailuku, surrounded by a lush tropical landscape.
Cove Park Village is South Maui’s newest development. The village will be five 3 story buildings featuring 32 spacious 2 bedroom condos surrounding a central courtyard with a pool and spa. This will be a residential complex with 67 parking spots. Top floor units will have Pacific ocean views and all other units will have garden or mountain views.
