The October statistics are in from our Realtor Association of Maui. The median price of a single family home increased by 7.5% to $932,500. The median price of a condo increased by 13.2% to $672,500. There is a 66.6% decrease in the number of homes for sale in all of Maui. It is definitely a good time to sell! Let us know if you are interested in finding out what your home is worth.
