Market Update
Since the Hawaii market typically lags behind the California market by
about 6 months, it is great to see that the housing woes in California are near an
end. According to a UCLA Anderson Forecast report released last Tuesday, "If
there is any good news in the picture, it is that the correction in the housing
market is complete and the overshooting which normally occurs after a correction
has appeared."
Let us know if you would like to be ahead of the market by searching for some
great real estate deals on Maui, before the overshooting of our market
appears.
