Market Update
The recovery of the real estate market is tied almost directly to the creation of new jobs. Read more.
As further confirmation that it may be many years before the Real Estate market recovers fully, Ben Bernanke is now forecasting a "Fitfull Recovery". Read more.
Despite this somewhat lackluster prognosis, we still feel it is a good time to buy so long as you are not looking for a quick turnaround.
Furthermore, we are a resort market that has and will continue to benefit greatly from the Baby Boomer's penchant for buying second homes and vacation properties. These are folks who have already made their money, and are looking at ways to put it to good use.
