Some of the changes that you will notice from last year is that there are now different tiers for owner occupied and non-owner occupied rates depending on assessed value. The homeowner rate (owner occupied), apartment, commercial, hotel and resort, and commercial residential rates have all decreased from last year. The non-owner occupied residential rate (homes over $800K), short term rental and industrial rates have increased. Agricultural, timeshare, and conservation rates have stayed the same.
