Market Update

In recent months the high end market here on Maui has been coming back to life, most notably on Keawakapu beach.  A house and cottage sold on 11/18/16 for $16.5M.  

There are currently 2 other homes under contract on Keawakapu beach.  3190 South Kihei Road which has been in escrow since the middle of May and 3032 South Kihei Road which just went under contract at the end of October. 

There was another luxury home sale in Napili at 49 Hale Malia Place that closed earlier this month on 11/14/16 at $10.8M.  We hope to see this trend in the high end market continue in to the new year.
