Market Update
After review of the pendings trend from the beginning of 2015 until now it seems that the Maui Real Estate Market is trending higher.

Additionally, for the first time in 2015 the number of pending homes (48%) outnumbered the pending condos (44%) for the week. A breakdown by district is as follows: 33% South Maui, 27% West Maui, 17% central, 16% Upcountry and 3% North Shore.
The future is looking bright if this trend continues.

P.S. - Is the rare albino Humpback whale Migaloo in Maui Waters? A kayak tour claimed to have spotted the famous Australian native in the Au'au channel between Maui and Lanai. This is something I may have to see to believe.
