Market Update

Sales activity for Distressed Properties (Short Sales) and Bank Owned (REO's) in the lower end of the market are currently the driving force accounting for the unprecedented increase in the Pending Sales Index which is up Nationally for the 6th month in a row.
Don't forget that we are now listing each week all of the REO's and Short Sales as well as changes to that list. You will note that this week, there were no changes to the Short Sale list.
