Market Update
Did you go through a foreclosure recently? You may have thought it was over, but now we hear that "Years After Loan Default, Homeowners May Still Owe. Read more.

So you say that you don't like Short Sales. Well, you had better get used to them, because banks are being incentivized to do either loan modifications or allow sellers to to do short sales. It is much less costly than the foreclosure process.
We have a good record on closing Short Sales, so it is nothing to be afraid of. We will be more than happy to explain the process to you, and why we think these are great opportunities.
