Market Update
Maui made the top five list for luxury buyer real estate power markets. An annual report released by Coldwell Banker Global Luxury analyzes data from the top 5% and 10% of active and sold listings in 2018 to profile 65 power markets.
Power markets are described as areas affluent buyers are flocking to for lifestyle and culture. Kauai also made the top five list of luxury buyer markets along with Palm Beach, FL, Washington DC and Brooklyn, NY.
The report serves as a guide for international, high-end real estate buying and selling by offering insight from established agents and latest trends.

P.S. - A crew of trained responders located and assisted an entangled Humpback whale that was reported by a tour boat over the weekend. The crew was able to cut the whale free of gear including the entangling buoy though the whale remains somewhat tangled.
