  • Addressing Local Demand: Designed to serve households earning 30% to 60% of the area median income, the development addresses deep community needs, drawing over 1,200 applications during its first phase lottery alone.

  • Supportive Amenities: Alongside housing, residents gain access to on-site social services, community gardens, and convenient access to local employment and services.

The completion of this $141 million project shows what is possible through public-private partnerships, bringing positive momentum to South Maui's housing supply.
