2021 First Half Stats
The first half of 2021 has definitely been a surprise with a huge increase in the number of real estate sales here on Maui as compared with last year.
In the residential sector, the total number of sales has increased by 51%.
The condominium sector has seen a whopping increase in sales by 101%.
Vacant land sales jumped up by a massive amount with a 237% increase in sales. How will the 2nd half of 2021 perform?
