I moved to Maui over 40 years ago from Southern California, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best moves of my life.
If you are like me and love the outdoors, lots of sunshine, beautiful beaches, and year round tropical climate, then Maui might be a place for you to consider either for a principal residence, second home, or vacation property.
We have it all with prices for condos starting as low as $200,000 and homes in the $800,000 and up range.
There is a price for living in paradise, but at least for me, I would definitely say it was well worth it and even today, I can’t think of another place that I would rather live.
