Market Update
Kuaaina Mauka, upcountry's newest residential community is now accepting non binding pre registration agreements. The project consists of 16 homes and 16 cottages to be built in Pukalani off of Makani Road.
There are two available cottage models, the Nalani and the Auoli. Both models will have 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath with 600 sq. ft of living area and a 240 sq. ft. carport. Cottages start at $350K.
The larger houses will have 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms with at total of 2,198 sq ft of living area. Homes include a 492 sq. ft. garage and a 60 sq. ft open deck, pricing starts at $550K.
