Wailele Ridge, Lahaina's newest development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residential condos will begin construction in April. Primary residence buyers need to put their applications in now for the drawing before selections are made.
The complex will consist of 158 units on 10 acres. All units will have 2 parking stalls, some also will have garages, ocean views and lanais. Prices range from $400K - $900K.
