Coldwell Banker Island Properties is excited to announce its launch of Coldwell Banker Island Vacations a full service, luxury, vacation rental management division.
Located in Wailea, they currently manage over 40 rental properties at luxury complexes such as Wailea Beach Villas, Polo Beach Club and Makena Surf. They are a boutique management company with an international presence offering "hands on" service.
They offer full management services at competitive rates. They handle every aspect of vacation rental management with care for your unit including coordinating maintenance needs, cleaning requirements, stocking supplies, booking and reservations and even monthly accounting with filing of GE and TA taxes.
