Today we'll take a quick look at two ends of the Maui Real Estate spectrum. First: We'll look at condos sales in the $200k or less category. Second: We'll briefly look at home sales in the million dollar plus category.
On the lower end of Maui Real Estate is the $200k or less condo market. This has been a busy part of the market lately. Take a quick look:

The time frame for price appreciation of Maui Real Estate is uncertain. One thing that's evident is the continual decrease in inventory levels we're seeing month after month.
