Hou’ Oli Makahiki Hou is how we wish you a Happy New Year in Hawaiian. In so many ways, 2021 has been a truly miraculous year. Despite the challenges of living during a pandemic, this year marked a major shift from fear and uncertainty towards a brighter, more hopeful future as people were able to travel and reconnect with family again. It was a great year for humanity and also for the real estate market in Maui. We at the Smith Team feel so blessed and fortunate to live and work on this beautiful island while assisting others to find their special piece of Aloha too.
