Market Update
Have you ever been on a roll? Well, that is the way it is feeling right now with the real estate market on Maui.
Sales are occurring at an ever quickening pace, interest rates are still near all-time historic lows*, prices are bouncing off the bottom, and there is still the possibility of taking advantage of the home buyer tax credit.
All the ingredients are in place for a great year in 2010. At least, it is certainly starting out that way.
