HUD Low Income Level on Oahu

$93,000 is now considered "low income" on Oahu

On Oahu the threshold to qualify as low income has been increased to $93,000 under Housing and Urban Development Guidelines for a family of four. This is an increase of $9,600 in annual income from 2017.

Here's a look at what's considered low income for a family of four on the neighbor islands:

  • Maui County: $75,500
  • Big Island: $62,800
  • Kauai: $70,500
